Freely inspired by Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa’s tale, “La Sirena”
Music freely inspired by J. S. Bach’s scores

Siciliy is sighed for under the porticos of a smoky Turin, asleep amidst nighclubs and coffe shops.
Two men meet by chance and strike up a friendship that is occasional yet fatal. They are different in age and for social position yet their hearts hold the same loneliness, the same passion for life, for art, for J. S. Bach’s music and for women. One of them, the older one, after many admonitions and lessons, has the narration of a secret in store for the younger one. A lacerating story that stuns, a ray of light that ruthless, leaves behind it the long shadow of the meaning of every love. A fantastic and lost encounter.  A mirage, a beam, that lights up and passes by spreading in the soul a shower of ashes that continue to fall and to hurt.
